Went in to collect my Apple Watch Ultra 2 today as it was ready to collect, they wanted ID to collect which is fair enough, I left it at home but had a copy on my phone and validated my information through the o2 computer but still couldn?t release it, they then suggested canceling the order and getting one that was already in stock as I was going to do o2 refresh at the same time, but through true unprofessionalism, they neglected to tell me the wait period for cancellation is 5 days?? Which totally defeats the point of cancellation! I would've just gone the next day with my ID to collect, this has totally messed up my plans as I am going travelling for 2 years and will now have to leave my order as it is in limbo for 5 days
It?s just complete incompetency and looks really bad on o2 in general, how can you treat a life long customer like this, it?s baffling!
I hope to hear from the manager, as this has caused major inconvenience

Absolutely first class service from the staff here today, friendly, very helpful, new phone sorted, data copied over, even a screen protector fitted. Been using 02 Rugby for years, and will continue to do so.

The staff at the Rugby branch genuinely have the customers best interests at heart and spend time to make sure you are on the best tariff etc. Liz and Kye were super helpful, friendly, professional and also new their stuff about all offers. Would highly recommend this store

We had three mobiles on different contracts that all needing changing and swapping over etc. It had got our heads completely muddled. However, RYAN helped us and was absolutely amazing! He explained every step very clearly and went through everything with us. He gave us information on other products available in the shop too, although we didn't purchase them he was very informative. He discussed insurance for the mobiles and answered all of our questions. It's a really handy little shop, loads of parking right by it too and we highly recommend Ryan Thank you!

Visited store to sort out a change of ownership following a death. Pooja was absolutely amazing. So empathetic about the deceased and so brilliant in talking to the widower about his situation and options. Could not have asked for more she was simply brilliant.

Ordered an Xbox that?s been delayed due to a warehouse issue and was worried I wouldn?t be able to collect it in time for Xmas, tried to query my options online but they were not very accommodating at all, just generic responses and even told me to just cancel my order. 5 minutes in the store and pooja and liz had put my mind at ease and informed me of my options. O2 kept a customer thanks to them. Great customer service and one less thing to worry about!!

Just spent and hour sorting my sons phone out. I?ve spent almost 4 weeks trying to do this on the phone with O2, went inshore and Ryan was able to get everything dealt with perfectly.

Called into the store today seeking help with a cellular data issue on my phone. Was greeted and assisted by Pooja who was professional and helpful in solving my connection issue. She explained everything clearly and ensured all was working before I left. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Pooja is a real asset to the store.
