The customer service is amazing by all staff at the branch. I was helped earlier on today by a lovely lady named Iky. She was very quick, precise, informative and extremely friendly.

Have started using this branch as NatWest have now succeeded in closing branches in Market Harborough, Long Buckby, Kingsthorpe and Daventry - all of which were were more convenient for me.\\nHave had good, friendly service so far but negotiating Rugby's one-way traffic system is not a relaxing experience!

Constant problems with cash machines, you have to wait in line and put cash through the cash register. But your workers are really great! But do something from the ATM.

In the numerous times that I have visited this branch over the last 3 years or so, I've always found the staff to be helpful. The queue that stretches all the way to the side of the building outside is a bit problematic though.Much better customer service than the HSBC branch just down the road, which I also have to visit sometimes.

went in trying to track down an old account that had been transferred from a now closed branch. I was dealt with by a very nice and understanding young lady who I found to be very efficient and helpful.

25 minute wait outside the door when I went to pay in some money yesterday. Only one cashier at the desk, who disappeared for about ten minutes, leaving the person who she was serving waiting all that time. Only one other member of staff in the banking area, who spent about 40 minutes with one customer, mostly talking.Unbelievably long wait to even get to the cashier once inside ( a further 15 minutes ).What a dreadful experience. No wonder more & more people are using online banking.This place should be shut down.

Wonder why they force people to depositcheque by ATM, although I gave her reason why I want to deposit it in counter. Thewoman is straight person, not a customer orientated nor trained front staff. Poor impression.

Went in asking for help in regards to opening a joint account. was told over the phone to come in, to then be told to do it online. been trying to do it online for over an hour to no prevail. Felt the customer service here was poor (excluding the one lady behind the service desk) and was left feeling frustrated.

Good staff, although can be difficult to find them. Lots of difficult outdated systems if you want to do anything slightly different (currency payment etc)
