It's appalling that a bank can operate this way, numerous times I need to visit to find online they are open, get to the bank and it's shut, no warning ahead of time and no other options, very very poor and has made me finally move banks

From the moment I opened my account, I was very well assisted! I can?t remember the name of the person who was so friendly and helpful in assisting me opening the bank account!
Today, I returned to the branch to request some assistance with another matter, and the lady who helped me was so nice and helpful.
Massive thank you to all members of staff!

Popped in to deposit a cheque cause you can't do it through the app, unfortunately they're mostly closed or open during work hours so good luck if you can't get here on a Saturday. Guess I'll be looking for a different bank

I?ve been a nationwide customer for over 20 years. Since lockdown the staff have become insanely rude, difficult and abrasive. I?m ready to move my account.Perhaps, since there are so many people looking for work at the moment, the senior management team can replace all of the current staff here and keep their customers?

Terrible since lockdown made to feel bad by going in there been a member for over 30 years but thinking about leaving and going somewhere else ,most of the staff rude in there ,manager I find pompous ,I don't feel comfortable using machine outside yet made to do so don't even deserve to have 1 star

I've been with Nationwide for many years. The best building society by far. Never had a problem with the service they offer.
