Guy with beard was rude as I parked for 5 seconds at the front went in to ask if they could fix an issue with my car the first thing he said to me was that I can't park where I did but it was just the way he said it that and when he said it he could've just dealt with my query and then say hey for next time please try and park on the side because you are not really allowed to park at the front, you know there are ways to talk you can't just just act annoyed and then because of that nearly dismiss my query and be rude about it just because I parked where I shouldn't. Learn manners and customer service I should've just walked out as soon as you was rude and told me about the parking. I repeat guy with Long Beard. If he was just having a bad day he should've stayed home.

Great service... we were on our way to wedding when tyre was damaged badly. Called 2 other places who were not able to fit us in. When I spoke to Mr Tyre, they also were very busy, but when I explained the situation, they said they would squeeze us in, although we may have to wait a while. Within the hour, we were back on our way to the wedding... thank u so much...

Visited today to get our handbrake fixed, turned out to be something so simple and was done in 15 minutes! The guys at Mr Tyre are always fantastic and wouldn't take our car anywhere else

An unexpectedly very pleasant experience. Got two tyres changed in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended. I ordered on ebay from another seller and had the tyres fitted here.

Crack and rattling when driving on uneven roads..got worried so decided to stop at Mr Tyre 17.30 just to ask if they could look underneath the car. Kindly they checked it out and found a broken suspension coil. Booked in for the following day to be fixed. Many would have turned me away at that time- but these guys are super! Thank you.

I asked for two front tyre and 4 wheel alignment! I was advised they could only do the back as the front was siege but they could fix that for me for over £200! When he was saying it he didn?t seem convincing. I took it to two mechanic since who have advised that they are not seized and that the back have not been touched only copper slip has been applied. So not only was I scammed for the back alignment they were trying to get even more money from me! I looked on euro parts to see how much the part was and the cost price was £20 yet they added £70 on top and they wanted both sides doing! I wouldn?t trust them or the brand to blow their own nose let alone do any work to my car. Avoid these cowboys at all cost otherwise it?ll cost you more in the long run. I am now paying to get all four of my wheels aligned again. I wish I could up load the alignment reports from mr tyres and compare it with my new report. Not even similar so it looks like they can manipulate their system to gain work or say work has been competed!
