They were amazing, I got my floorboard up on a Friday and by the evening realised I needed some joists replaced. Got the order in and they managed to get it delivered Saturday morning, which allowed to carry on with the work. Fantastic delivery time and very helpful delivery driver who got the joists through the window for me saving me tons of time !

I don?t usually leave reviews, but I?ve got to give credit where it?s due. I?ve been using them for the past three years, and they?ve never let me down.
Prices are always fair, and they always deliver within 24 hours, which makes a huge difference when you're on a tight schedule. The customer service is spot on. And the delivery drivers are always on time and really polite.

Never again. Wanted to build a deck, not a fire ? Attempted drop and run on open front garden, without authorisation or use of mobile number on delivery note of shockingly poor quality 6x2 and deck timber boards. Caught in act halfway and had to insist lads helped me move it to the actual, closer to kerbside delivery point. 16:45 on Friday reschedule request from Melbros so the driver could have Saturday off. On inspection of timber, 5 of 8 6x2 split, twisted and not usable. 5 of 16 deck boards made bananas look straight. Good job I'm not a professional tradie doing a weekend job for customer or someone might have died!?
Still cost me 3 days waiting for proper timber from Travis Perkins. Now I know why a plasterer I used exclusively uses TP who also price match locally and have never failed me on delivery or quality in 4 years ?

Not only one of the cheapest for building materials but also best for customer service. I ordered late on Tuesday evening and I got my order by 4pm the next day. They also kept me informed of when my goods would arrive. The driver also dropped all the materials by my garage coming down the drive to do so, saving me some heavy work moving it into the back garden. Excellent, and I now have a local supplier for all my needs.
