Dire service. I'm here picking up a free meal after they forgot to put our food in a previous order. Made to wait, holding up the drive-thru, while the lady took another order. Then had her barking at me that i had to order two meals when I only wanted one?? Now parked up waiting for god knows what to arrive. Won't be coming back for sure - just gets worse each time. Laughable really.
Ha! Food just arrived at my car window...missing three items! Wtf...

Changed my mind on the service. They're still friendly and happy to see you, I just wished they'd focus on the 'fast' bit of fast food! 9:30pm on a Friday, a family sized order but nothing unusual (don't order a fillet and expect to get your food in under 3 hours - ok, slight exaggeration) and yet again "We're waiting on the food, can you park up?' 15 minutes later, we eventually get our order! No, they weren't busy, no we didn't order anything without this or that! I expect better, though sadly not from this outlet of the Golden Arches!

Wow! When will these INCOMPETENT people ever get an order right?!?!? I asked for a McChicken sandwich with NO lettuce, but add cheese and onions.
I get the burger back littered with lettuce!
This has happened so many times now. The staff at this Mcdonald's are absolutely USELESS!!
None of the staff can read a simple instruction!
I suggest you take these clowns back to school and STUDY how to get an order right!
