Not a review for this store but the app is such a mess, doesn't let you checkout ever and one needs to open it in the browser. I have honestly given up buying online due to this probably another issue with their technical team again ?

Lacking the new look refit that other stores have had, but the store layout is good, food sections well stocked. The bin food part of the store also well laid out and clear pricing, staff are attentive and friendly.

Saturday morning. Telegraph missing sections and @ circa £4.50 this to me seemed unfair. Nobody, including the manager believed me and I was also challenged by an employee. I insisted they were taken off the shelf, and am confident they went straight back on after I left. Poor Show

Went into the clothing department to just try some bras on as my old ones fit abit weird, a lovely assistant called Carolyn came over to help explained everything about the sizing and helped me find the right fit, cup and band. Managed to go up a cup size which made my day

Bought a "Big Breakfast Ciabbatta" this was not big in any way. A tiny little roll. Egg not cooked properly. I think this is misleading and illegal activity on behalf on M&S.
Avoid at all costs. One chap next to me was served an omelette in a bun. He wanted an omelette as he was gluten free. Not as advertised

Nice coffee, pop in a couple of times a month for Sunday morning breakfast, table wasn't clean clearly from the day before. Food was OK but I couldn't have my first choice as no sauce, umm you have a food hall just downstairs!! That said second choice was OK, toast was a bit brittle but OK. Service was reasonable but did have to queue as only one till open, room for improvement!

The cafe is freezing cold. It's the same at Binley. Managers of both cafes tell me that it's the number one complaint from customers but they can't do anything about it as the temperature is set on a matrix and controlled by head office!!! (probably an accountant). Tip: Go to the Cafe in Asda. The quality is comparable, vastly cheaper and their cafes are nice and warm. M&S are taking their penny bazaar ethos to penny pinching. They don't deserve any customer loyalty..
