Rude staff working there, I come to have my medication, and can hear the manager was shouting to her assistant, ' she has to pay for it'. Such rude and disgusting. It was shocking to hear that from this pharmacy. I with them for last 25 years. Looks like staff was changed,, different people working there, updated from Eastern European foreign countries. I am all ways paying for my prescription and not needed to someone shouting how do I have to pay. Besides, there are people who can't pay and her comment can insult them.

Went in with a raging sore throat as my doctor originally decided I didn't need an appointment.Was told by the pharmacist to basically go home it was probably my wisdom teeth? Not happy with this I went back to my gp.After finally getting an appointment i was told I have an infection, given antibiotics and to get in bed as I'm clearly unwell!Glad I didn't listen to their 'advice '

Despite pre ordering my items I always have to wait as they are never ready. Today I have waited over half an hour, they can offer no explanation whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Dispensers antibiotics for a child to then advise that they can only part fulfill the order....gives a collection token for the following day to collect with the website stating they open until 1pm on a saturday for us to go to collect and they are closed!

Most staff are great and helpful. Doesnt carry a large range of retail stock and sometimes runs out of prescription meds due to its closeness toa very busy surgery.
