Dr cauterized right nostril on Wed in Coventry & immediately prescribed cream to be picked up at St Cross hospital in Rugby & said it would be ready straight away. Waited until today (Thurs) pm. After searching for me on computer for 10min, she said it would prepared in 30min!?
I went to expensive cafe to kill time & returned in 60min. It was only a small tube in a box...30min to "prepare"....what a joke?

38 minutes to dispense a prescription costing me £2:80 in parking fees !Staff very pleasant but, I can't understand why it takes so so long to dispense medication when there are so many staff in the pharmacy?I can't afford this every time I pick up a prescription!
