I am a new client at Lister Chemists & the service I have received up to now has been absolutely outstanding. One of the staff members by the name of Debbie should be awarded a medal for her kindness towards patients. Debbie is such an amazing young lady who has full experience of customer care. Visited today to collect a prescription and received exemplary service. Loads of staff who semed content and chatty so must have been a significant change since the poor reviews.

Opening hours says 9 am . Its 9.17 and pharmacy is closed. No information about any changes to opening hours on display. Very disappointed.

Convenient location, easy to drive and easy to park. Unfortunately, everything takes a long time for them. Whenever the doctor tells me that the prescription has already been sent to the pharmacy, they never have it yet and you have to wait 1-2 days longer before the drugs are available. I see an advertisement that they still have problems with people and are looking for new ones.
