They keep forgetting items when ordering

Second time in the month was waiting for my order 20minutes small order, well I lucky, if I didn't ask about my order could wait 24hr my order just missed and the counter was not happy didn't opologise even, drop my food bag the table and was looking to different location.

Received stone cold chicken and went to ask for fresh. No care given at all to the fact it?s dangerous.
£30 for KFC for 2 adults and 2 toddlers the only thing I really ask is it?s hot which is a legal requirement
Not even a sorry just a load of rolled eyes and attitude
To top it off I asked for table service and got bellowed at across the seating area to come and get my food. Don?t offer it if you won?t do it
Definitely a visit from EHO needed here

The KFC APP is not working and hasnt been working for many months. After talking to the female supervisor we were told the app is mot working and when asked if they will fix this she advised no they will not fix it and sorry. She really didn't listen to me as a customer and or didn't care.

Disinterested staff, product shortages, missing items. AVOID.
ONE. Yet again put in the order, pay for it, and when go to collect they don't have some products. So you have to go through the whole dance of them trying to sell you stuff you dont want, that they make more money on, and is less hassle for them to prepare. Some advice - if you don't have it, don't have it for sale on your menu board and don't let people pay for it when they order stuff!
TWO. Again food left out of take away order and again no-one answers the phone so you can't tell them, and last time.it happened when we went back they simply wouldn't listen. I can't see it being any different this time, either.
Just go somewhere else, it'll be cheaper, less hassle, and you'll actually get what you pay for.

I would not choose to eat on here, the place is crawling with delivery drivers so service was a bit slow. . Hats off to the staff they didn't stop so not their fault.
Food is good quality, nice and hot too.

Food was awful. Ordered an original recipe chicken and all were dipped in sea of sault and fried with used oil. Chicken was totally black colour and was not edible at all. Two wraps were also utterly salty and had to throw them away.

Terrible service, allow at least 30 mins to go through drive though. Good luck if you go there within an hour of closing, staff have pretty much already checked out.
