Absolutely first class. I had a problem with a constantly running old Bristan classic tap. I went to my local plumbing merchant who told me that I would need a new cartridge and that washers don't exist for this tap anymore etc etc etc.Being a bit sceptical I went to these guys for a second opinion as I really don't know much about taps at all.I showed to sales guy a photo of the tap and he instantly told me what I needed to do and gave me two washers to complete the job.Within 5 minutes or getting home the tap was fixed.Thank you so much, wished I had got your name but good to know there are knowledgeable and honest people out there unlike the first place I visited. Thank you!

The petting zoo is wonderful though the vegetarian alligators eat to many children for my liking, and the seal show in a little pink bucket was fantastic.There's cheap lipstic flavoured popcorn to feed the transgender Rhino.Found a tone deaf pubescent dwarf stuck in the disabled toilet covered in Kinder Bueno singing Despacito through a used toilet roll.Great mountain range for canoeing badgers.Staff were all called Clive and had lisps and wore eye patches.Overall a great experience!!
