Went to house of carpets for a quote to carpet a whole house as had a quote from another carpet company as they seemed expensive. Couldn't fault the service I received from Phil who was very helpful. The quote came in quite a bit cheaper than other carpet company and as I needed doing ASAP, the carpets where fitted within 2 days of me putting the order in. The carpet fitters that they used where brilliant too. Would definitely use them again and couldn't fault the service they offered.Thank you.

Absolutely abysmal service, rogue traders who overestimate the work required to increase the fee they get from insurers (fraud).Overpriced carpet and fitting, can source same product from main retailer for significantly cheaper with greater transpancy and service.Both Steve and Phil are inept and unprofessional in approach, refusing to acknowledge their shortcomings.Avoid this place in Rugby. Will no doubt be on rogue traders in the not to distant future.

After several years of looking for a carpet to match very specific requirements in our narrow boat, we finally stumbled upon House of Carpets in Rugby. And I'm so glad we did. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and we found just the right carpet at a sensible price. It was fitted yesterday, a job very well done by a personable young man. This shop is definitely recommended to canal boat owners, but I'm sure the same excellent service would be extended to home owners, too!
