SHOULD BE ONE STAR!!!
I?m beyond disappointed with Holland & Barrett. I have been shopping with them for years. I was sold a 90-day supplement that was expiring very soon, which defeats the whole purpose. You can?t assume when a customer plans to start taking their supplements. I could have easily waited a few weeks or months before using it.
Unfortunately, I only noticed the expiry date after opening the product, but instead of showing basic customer care, the shop assistant and the completely useless manager refused to exchange or refund it. They even tried to lecture me on how to use my own medicine, which was both patronising and infuriating ? especially as a nursing mother trying to look after my health responsibly.
This kind of dismissive, careless attitude is not what I expect from a so-called health store. Selling near-expiry products with no warning and then refusing accountability is unacceptable.
Holland & Barrett, do better. You?ve lost my trust

Hello,
Visited Holland & Barrett for the first time today and had a really good experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide range of health products?from vitamins and supplements to snacks and skincare. And thanks nikhil you were really friendly and helpful, answering my questions without being pushy. Will definitely be back to explore more! Thanks guys.

Although brewing materials are mentioned here, (yeast, malt extract, ect) they are not stocked in the Rugby branch and would have to be ordered in. Very friendly staff though.

Well stocked but not a fan of their products. They tent to be check supplements. Many items with low bioavailability. It worth spending a little more on better products or better food...
