I don't like this branch. The staff seem to be under the impression that customers are just an annoyance and you cam speak to and treat them however you like. I no longer shop at H&M, but choose Next or M&S (YES, YOUR COMPETITION IS NEXT DOOR!!!)

Fitting rooms were dirty, fluff & dust on the floor. No stools or seats in the cubicles, so your own clothes get dirty from the floor when trying clothes on.

They don't respect your time in this store. Two tills active on a busy Saturday. I've waited less time for Nemesis at Alton Towers.

Waited ages in the queue, 2 members of staff in the changing rooms gossiping away whilst ignoring calls from the till to open up another one. Would be quicker to walk out the door and pay at the police station.

They really should try and stock clothes for ordinary shapes, not just stick thin people. Nothing would fit me here, and all I do is leave the store feeling like a freak. I am 42" waist and 48" chest. That's not ridiculous to ask for, is it?
