Thanks to the shop assistant from Essex that looked and sang like Meatloaf, you?re a star! Thanks for helping me choose the right oil for my BMW Z3, you topped up my oil, taught me how to look to read the numbers of how old my tyres are, helped me do a quick knowledgable shop for other stuff I was after gave me a few more maintenance hints and tips and booked me in for a free clutch check, woo yeah! 5***** Thanks chap!

Customer service just shocking really, took 10mins to find someone available to help out then he said he doesn?t work in that department and will send someone over waited another 10mins and left! Considering better prices are all over the internet customer service is all that store can provide at least try to get that right!
