Lady named MERLE (dark brownish) need to know how to so a customer service, she is always grumpy. No manner whatsoever. I ate inside. The service she gave to everyone includes me is not good. I would highly recommend of she does not like to be on the till please let someone else do it. Every time I go there you keep ruining the mood.
I love Greggs food.

Bacon in my roll was hard and greasy, must of been sitting around for ages. Disappointed to say the least.

It isn?t good enough anymore in 2024 to not have systems resilient enough to accept payments from customers.
Luckily I had my physical card on me so could go get some cash from the ATM opposite, though when I paid with it the manager scanned it with a UV light in front of me which always leaves a horrible feeling like I?m a fraudster.
The Greggs App didn?t work either, which meant I wasn?t able to earn points for the purchase.

Once in a while, we eat a Greggs. For me, it's ok in a pinch. For my husband, it's hard to resist because he goes way back to childhood eating a Greggs. In my opinion, it's only edible if it's really hot, so I always ask which one in the window is most recent out of the oven. Once it cools down, for me, it's inedible. I never ate Greggs or knew it existed before moving from Canada to live with my British husband.Vegetarian options: There are options with no meat but likely they have cheese instead.
