I had classic eyelashes done on one eye on 29th December 2023 costing £30 for the one eye as they had to do a full lash and not infil due to them being twisted in different directions. The left eye was perfect. Disappointing it was to be charged so muchAnyway 1st January a large clump of lashes on same eye was hanging off just 3 days after !!!! Realising not open ILeft voice messages when I rang, twice. Then again on 3rd . Offered an appointment for today but as I?m not well and forgot about it then realising this I rang Glo beauty explaining apologizing too. Was told they can?t fit me in til a full week away fair enough but will charge me a further £15 or £30 depending what she thinks on arrival. I?m disgusted about this so refused the appt and will never go back there again. I feel it?s a money making scam intentionally not putting enough glue on toenable the loss. Being charged £30 for one eye is shocking when the fault laid with the beautician not doing enough glue?.

I have used Glow for many years now and all due to a good friend of mine purchasing a gift voucher for a birthday present. Whenever I visit the salon, I am greeted by smiley and friendly faces who take a genuine interest in their clients. The treatments offered that I have had, have all been amazing - great products, long lasting results and all delivered by competent therapists who discuss your treatment and relevant needs every time. On one occasion I could not get an appointment for brow waxing, so I tried another local salon that came recommended? it was not a good experience at all and I have learnt my lesson to book my appointments in advance from now on! My go to place for waxing, specifically Helen. She has a wonderful presence and always makes sure not to miss anything. Really enjoy the ESPA packages.Last visit to a colleague was not as good but I will try again as past experiences were always good.

Charged 50% deposit when cancelling on the day as my son was sick and I couldn't rearrange on the same day. Really disappointed this is their policy as this was completely out of my control. Will not be booking with this salon again.

The salon is nice but unfortunately my nails were over filed so much, they're extremely short now so it was impossible to give them any shape and also they?re paper thin so very sensitive and painful. Other services might be good but this was a negative experience for me and now I have to wait month for my nails to grow back :(

Absolutely amazing. My third visit for a top up on my lip fillers (after 2 years). Would not go anywhere else.Yet again - I LOVE my lips. Hardly anyone believes me when I mention I've had my lips filled as Lily makes them look as natural as possible.I also got onto the subject of skincare with Lily and asked for her advice as I knew she had her own skincare range - I struggle with extremely oily, textured skin. Lily didn't forcibly try to sell her products and I decided to purchase. Best decision ever. I am literally glowing and have received SO many compliments. Cannot thank Lily enough for my confidence and my silky soft skin.
