Escalator out of action so had to climb up & down it, very deep steps, not ideal for everyone. Is there not a lift??Only one person servng on the tills, so quite a lo g wait to be served.She rang up the wrong price for one of my items, didn't know how to rectify it, had to wait for another assistant to eventually give me a refund. So, all in all, I'm not a happy bunny
