Absolutely amazing service at Dulux Rugby. Went in just before closing on a Saturday. The staff were so helpful, attentive to detail, and perfectly colour matched my shelf paint colour. Their advice was so knowledgable and friendly. Definitely be back here for all my paint needs.

I visited a decorator centre just down the road from them, and was spoken to so rudely because I didn?t know whether I needed oil or water based paint!!! I went to Dulux to be pleasantly be surprised at how helpful, polite and friendly they were. Was asked what i needed the paint for and was advised which paint was best before I bought, I?ll definitely be returning in the future.

What fantastic service!I can't thank the guys enough for all of their help! The gent serving us took his time explaining the different finishes, bases, etc. (our decorator sent us, and we're clueless!) And really went above and beyond to help! Excellent store. Wide selection of professional tools materials.Outstanding level of staff working here.In all 37 stores around the UK I have been too these are up there with the top 5.Brilliant team of male & female workers both very very knowledgeable on all there items.Refreshing.New click & collect go on guys.10/10

Needed some specialist paint for a one off sign writing job. Though sadly what I needed wasn't available there, William went to extreme lengths to try and offer me an alternative solution.
