Outstanding customer service from Jerome who assisted us in choosing a new mattress. He initially greeted us, made us a drink and used the Sleep Match machine to confirm our choice of mattress. The customer service was at the right pace and was delivered in a personable and customer focussed manner.

We purchased a mattress in March from Dreams Rugby. The service was informative and helpful without being pushy.
All of our questions were answered honestly and we ended up with a mattress that ticked all of our boxes thanks to the help we received in the showroom.
The service from start to finish was great, we had no problems with delivery or the product when it arrived. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

We recently purchased a mattress from Dreams in Rugby, where Mark took care of us. We couldn?t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was incredibly attentive, always available to answer any questions, and his communication was perfect throughout the process. The sleepmatch process at Dreams is great for providing recommendations for what sort of mattress suits your needs. The availability of recommended mattresses in store to then trial allows you to really experience these and decide which is the best option.
What stood out most was his approach?there was absolutely no hard sell or pushiness, which is so refreshing. Instead, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on ensuring we made the right choice for our needs. It?s clear he truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction.
