Had my Discovery Sport's oil leak fixed and regular service done at Douglass Motors, and couldn?t be happier with the service. The work was done professionally and on time, just like you'd expect from a dealership. Special thanks to Ryan, who was outstanding in coordinating everything smoothly and keeping me informed throughout. Highly recommend their team for any Land Rover servicing needs!

Agreed over phone to pay £150 for diagnostics. Theres a major problem with my car that I knew will require a lot of time to look into, there were also other issues but would never pay more than £20 - £30 to have them checked. Upon collecting it turned out that major fault have never been checked as they never experienced the fault so couldn't diagnose it. I ended up paying £150 for 1.5hrs of 'diagnostics' of things like low level of coolant showing on my dashboard which also never been checked as it was too hot to open the cap. I wish it was all a joke, but its not. I highlighted the major issue (reason why I brought the car in in the first place) on the photo evidence with a red colour. One star as can't give 0.

Recently used Douglass Motors for the first time for my Land River discovery sport to have a couple of faults fixed on it and I can?t fault the service we received. They were quick to book us in and communication was great. I received a very detailed invoice with a breakdown of all the work that was completed. I?m very happy to have my car back up and running and I would definitely use this garage again.

I?ve used this garage two years running for the service and MOT of my Landrover Discovery. They?re consistently professional, personable, and a real time-saver compared to driving all the way to my nearest main dealer in Coventry. The convenience and quality of service are excellent. My only reservation is that the pricing feels slightly on the high side for a non-main dealer, which is why I?ve given 4 stars instead of 5.

The guys at Douglas Motors are amazing, my partner was so worried about her car. They were clear and so professional from start to finish, nothing hidden 100% upfront and they were happy to share guidance and advice to increase the longevity of our vehicle. Genuinely considering getting a second car from the JLR range and these guys just make me want to do it more knowing I would have them to turn to if I should need them!

Took my car in for an MoT and Service. The service was already very expensive for an oil and filter replacement as they said it would take 6 hours! It then failed the MoT and the garage claimed the 3 of the 4 tyres needed changing due to ?cuts? in the tyre and sidewall damage. I took it straight to a tyre and MoT shop no more than 5 minutes down the road who advised that only 1 of the tyres was a fail due to the sidewall damage and the others would be an advisory because the cuts in the main treat of the tyres were less than 25mm and there was no visible cords without opening the cut, which the MoT tester should not have done. I also asked them to check the other major failed item, lower rear bushes on the front wishbone and they said that they would be an advisory not a fail but did suggest getting them changed within the next few months.
I have absolutely no faith in Douglass Motors after this and would suggest anyone to stay well clear.

Would NOT be recommending, definitely trying to scam me, they quoted me £1200 for a job which I got fixed for £200 elsewhere! They were trying to take advantage that I don?t know a lot about cars so tried charging for something that wasn?t needed. Heads up there is at £90 investigation fee that they don?t tell you about even though their investigation was maximum 30 mins of work !

My vehicle has had a couple of visits to Douglass Motors and the service couldn?t be better. Very helpful staff, impressive workshop and premises along with great customer service.
I will definitely be using them for all my servicing and repairs in the future.
