Lukewarm service. My pizza was ready, sitting just outside of the oven. I was the only person waiting. Staff simply let me stand there for 5 minutes despite I asked. Food was ok. They didn't bother to cut it properly.

They refused to serve me a meat pizza with vegan cheese! I have milk allergy, and I was told I can only have the pizzas with vegetables if I want vegan cheese! Shame, you lost a customer who was very happy with you before!

Ordered 2 large pizzas (chicken feast and half&half cheese and sos and hot and spicy)and 2 sides, very disappointed when they delivered, I can count on my hand the pices of chicken and mushrooms on the chicken feast and the paprika and jalapenos on the hot& spicy, is this a joke? I have paid £35 to have 7 or 9 pices of chicken on the large pizza? I should go to ASDA and get pizza from there, will cost me less and I would have more toppings on one of them then on them 2 large pizzas. That was my last time ordering from you guys, seriously shame on you! If I didn't have 2 hungry kids at home I would have returned it!

I had a very bad service today. I made an order via counter. I ordered buy one get one free for medium pizza initially, and I was asking one meateor at first and then vegi supreme as the other. Then because of the £2 pound difference I have changed it to a large size.
Just saw that they gave me 2 vegi supreme instead of 1 vegi and 1 meateor when I reached home.
When I called them, they just denied that I ordered a meateor.and was not polite at all. He told he didn't hear.. he was chatting with another guy at work during the time I was placing my order and didn't repeat my order details during the payment, if he did instead I could have known it in the first place.

AVOID THIS STOREIf I could give less, I would. Been waiting on a refund now since 27th Feb (a month) every time I call its the same excuse about apparently the refund just hasn't been put through and they'll "check with head office".Sick of calling and waiting to get my money back.

Ordered a pizza on the app for collection with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. The one they had extra nothing. The chap who served was the most apathetic, indifferent dominos staff member I?ve seen in 15 years of ordering from dominos by far. An embarrassment to the dominos brand. Shocking.

I have been ordering Pizza from this place for many years. Over the period of time the quality of the food has been deteriorating a lot. Ordered 2 pizzas today. The bread was so hard to bite. Very disappointed. I do not think I will be ordering again from here.

Fantastic experience. Ordered some pizzas for my daughter's birthday party. Easy to order. Updates on the app and I went to collect and it was ready pretty quickly. The chap in the store was police and curious. Lovely pizzas. Thank you ?
