You ever wonder why businesses like this go under? The staff!They're all just snot-nosed incompetent children that work here. No hello, no acknowledgement, no customer service. Nothing.This Currys is also an absolute dump of a showroom. Go online instead, you'll get better service!

Got a new iPad to replace very old Android Samsung tablet. I was unable to download move to IOS app on the Samsung due to its age. Went to Curry's in Rugby and a young man called Jake was some how able to transfer all my photos (325) and other bits without the app. He also set up my iPad for me and explained everything he was doing. I was asking lots of questions as I'm not tech savvy and he never made me feel stupid or old (even though I am) He is an excellent ambassador for Curry's store in Rugby and would recommend anyone with tech issues to book an appointment with him.

Traveled 12 miles to store to purchase a new tablet instead of buying online with amazon. loads of staff standing around talking but not helping customers. Approached one of the Managers to ask for assistance, stated he would send sales assistant over. 10 minutes later I had to find someone. To be then informed the tablet bundle they had advertised in store was only available online.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCEBAD CUSTOMER SERVICESTAFF WAS VERY RUDEI have bought a gas cooker and a fridge, they said they have got stock and will be deliver in one week. It?s been three weeks now whenever we are asking they are telling out of stock. I?ve paid for delivery and installation for the cooker but today they are telling they will not do installation. And when we are asking about fridge they are saying no stock and they don?t know when they will be in stock. Whenever we are going to the store for asking about the product they are not willing to talk to us. Very bad customer service.

Rugby PC World truly shocking - returned a microwave ( note I have spent in excess of 10k in the store and never returned an item. The attitude of the manager and staff beggared belief. The staff member when I asked for HQ email muttered " pointless writing to them thy won't respond" Staff member was correct I wrote to customer services and never got a response.

I had a really bad experience from Curry?s now. I don?t know what to tell, I?m really frustrated. I have bought a washer dryer from curry?s through online. I returned it because there was some fault. I have returned it on 21st of November 2023. On that day , they said you will get a refund within seven days. I have waited for more than seven days but I haven?t received any refund. So I went to the store they said you bought it through online so you need sort that out only through online. So I called at the curry?s customer care on 30th of December 2023 and they said they will request a manual refund and they said it will take 3 days for refund. I waited for 3 days but I haven?t got my refund and called them again , at that time they said you get the refund within 7th of December 2023. Today 7th of December I called the customer service again and now they are telling I need to wait for five more days. They said they have requested a manual refunding today and it will take 5 days for the process. Now I?m like I?m begging for a refund.

I was there buy a washing machine. Just now I was at least 4 different staff to help so I can pay and take the product. No one came forward to help me. They were chatting with each other. Please high authority in curry?s check the cctv. I was spoken with another person name Laura really rood. Probably I am indian/Bangladeshi they might judge me by my colour. That?s how I felt there. So curry?s you need to look after your staff or train them please

Shop itself is a nice layout with good choices.However, I asked for help to see if a item was in stock and was told a member of staff would be over shortly, I waited 25mins but no one came even though members of staff were free behind the counter. In the end I walked out and bought the item elsewhere. Customer service is terrible, I was not the only person who had this problem..

After a nightmare with Argos, we purchased a washing machine from Currys and what a stress free experience. Excellent service in store, delivery was on time, the two guys were friendly, professional and machine was fitted and tested quickly, also took old machine away.Highly recommend and will use again.

Really confused as to why this shop and others like it have product on show but when you have spent time looking at it and finding out what it can do etc. from a shop assistant, they don't have it in stock and can't get. Suggestion is that they take it off show or label it's status so that time isn't wasted on it. Big shop with plenty of support but this does needs to change.
