The lady with brown hair ' think she is manager" or at least she must think she is. Never met anyone in a customer service re so rude. Try to be pleasant but the supiour way she acts has ro be seen to be believed. Should be used as an example of how NOT to deal with people. Anyone who reads this will know the lady of whom I speak !s speak.....extcusromer service training

Old style neighbourhood shop which looks dated. Has one self service betting terminal, just a solitary chair due to Covid restrictions, separation screens which separate the gaming machines and not the customers playing them as they?re pushed back all the way to the wall, and has the most awful, small, archaic, and poor quality display screens. Coral dominates the betting shop scene in this town, but with most a poor old standard.
