staff was absolutely rude, claimed they don't take in controllers that are dirty yet are selling dirty controllers, didn't know what they were doing with a steam controller as he didn't seem to know how to open it to check batteries, put in batteries correctly or turn it on, and they still insist on being able to sell reprinted covers at the same price as normal and not take in games that don't come in original packaging

Today I went in with my little brother and asked got if they had any skylanders. the staff had load behind the counter in plastic tub and were happy for him to look through them they patient and kind as he looked through them . Thank to you all the staff in there today

I was sent the wrong model of Lenovo laptop which I bought from them on line. They did not apologize or express any regret. It was a much less expensive model but in excellent condition, so I offered to keep it if they made an appropriate partial refund. They said that this was not company policy and came up with a load of other company rules and said it had to go back to the shop where it had come from. I had to take it to their local shop in the end because I was not confident that I would get all my postage back. My experience is that the customer comes last in their order of priorities.

My first and last time with them. What they doing is fraud. I trade my phone online for 299£ was ok also in store they check the phone everything ok and I?m ask again about the payment. Yes will be 299£ but in few hours. today I received the payment surprise 242£ I?m ask why and the answer it was;;;;;(((per the records at hand, I see that you booked the phone under A grade, and at the time of processing, the phone was regraded due to grade B due to cosmetic condition. Since the phone was regraded to grade B, you were paid the correct amount. I apologize for any kind of miscommunication.))))for any change u need to inform the customer is u responsibility. THE PROBLEM IS IF U DONT REFUND ME THE REST OF AMOUNT. Im forced to complain u and to ask u for return of item back.

Baring in mind I hadn?t been in for a few years, and after going in today?doubtful I?ll be back.
When I walked into CEX I was greeted with the most hideous smell of just pure BO and uncleanliness. This is not a smell you want around your shop,
The staff are all lounging around and speak to you very rudely and just seem uninterested in anything or anyone. And you even have some members of staff who look like they?re on a day off taking up space slumped on the counter, it just doesn?t look good.
I felt depressed for them. No-one looked happy at all, I normally stay to browse some games but I honestly wanted to leave that place as soon as possible.
You really got to sort this place out, keep on top of standards, and bring a bit of life back into but your current staff just do not seem to care?and the smell is repugnant.
