staff was absolutely rude, claimed they don't take in controllers that are dirty yet are selling dirty controllers, didn't know what they were doing with a steam controller as he didn't seem to know how to open it to check batteries, put in batteries correctly or turn it on, and they still insist on being able to sell reprinted... read full comment

Broke my oculus quest 2 more than it was and said there was scratch but there wasn't before we went in there. Class.

Today I went in with my little brother and asked got if they had any skylanders. the staff had load behind the counter in plastic tub and were happy for him to look through them they patient and kind as he looked through them . Thank to you all the staff in there today
