Awful start to finish. Shoddy job, wrong carpets delivered and fitted. Accepted they are in the wrong but refusing to sort it out. Will be taking them through small claims court.

Went into store today to look at some carpets. I was served by Gav. He was really helpful when it came to choosing the carpets I wanted. Left store happy with my carpet ordered and not a long wait time for it to come and be fitted eitherWill definitely be going back to get the rest of my carpets done

The customer service of one particular young handsome chap was very admirable to say the least. He went above and beyond to make sure that my visit and experience to the store had been fulfilling and exquisite to every standard. Not only was I welcomed at the door with a friendly smile, but also escorted around the store without any time wasted. The customer service assistant I am particularly on about is a young chap called myles. With his excellent interpersonal skills and on board character to be both professional in representing the company and the cachinnation to keep his customers happy and comfortable, definitely went above and beyond.
