The hot chocolate was ok, the flat white wasnt great but not awful either, below the quality I have had in the past although I did have the winter blend. The sausage and bacon cobs were really chewy and difficult to eat, just a bit disappointed and expect better quality from Cafe Nero.

Rude staff lately, they gave me a wrong order, charged me for something I didn?t have and they didn?t care to refund me. I asked for a coconut latte as I am lactose intolerant and they gave me normal milk. They didn?t even care to apologise. Plus, I was charged to dine in and they gave me a take away.
Staff and place not so hygienic in general, lady at the till always look angry and she is very impolite.

So dissatisfied with the service mainly, staff is rude lately and they just don?t care about customers and what they are having. I got charged to dine in and they gave me to take away. They also gave me a wrong order and no one care to refund the money, the lady at the till always look so angry and impolite.
Also, staff with long hair working to serve coffee and food in a very small space doesn?t look hygienic at all.

This place is always disgusting, the tables are never clean or cleared regardless of how quiet the place is, the staff are lazy and surly.
Wash your hands and wipe your feet on the way out.

I met some friends in Neros on Saturday 23/11. The service was efficient and friendly, staff polite and helpful with my dietary requirements. The cafe was clean with a lovely atmosphere. Overall lovely visit

Easily the worst Nero in the area, rarely opens on time, incredibly slow service, usually more foam than coffee. Barista sneezed into hands and then continued to make coffee without washing them. All staff could benefit from a refresher in basic food hygiene, whole place is grubby.

Called in today at 13.30. Was served by a lovely young man. Polite, happy informative really nice to get some natural lovely customer service. I noticed whilst I was sat enjoying my coffee that he was the same with everyone that came through the door.
I hope he goes far he deserves too and from an employers point of view I'd say he is a keeper! A joy to see ?
P.s. I asked his name on leaving it was Jay.
