Tried to drop my Fedex parcel today and there was a lady at till that instantly raised voice at me and being very rude ! She did tell me fedex parcel have to be dropped to outside machine ! Also she asked me to scan barcode on my parcel myself and throw me the scaner ! Very rude and unprofessional lady ! Would not use this anymore !

On this gas station I fill up the tank as it should be because of the stupid rules that they have. First you have to go inside and leave your card, and this is very unsafe. Then after that you can go to fill your tank. Someone at this station has lost their marbles.

Whilst filling up with fuel I saw 3 people entering the shop with no mask and not questioned or made to use the night pay window to jeep other people safe, disgraceful

Went here to pick up a few click and collect parcels. The man said because there was more than one parcel it wasn't his job to look through them. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Definitely won't be doing that again.
