I was not a regular customer of Boots opticians, but when my usual opticians said they could not get me in for someone to look at one of my eyes that had developed a floater, I went across to Boots. Boots, however, managed to get me a quick appointment that fitted in with my schedule. On the day I attended my first appointment, I was given some eye drops, then returned a little later and received excellent care and a very thorough examination of my eyes. All of the people at Boots opticians were extremely helpful and professional, and I came away happy that there was nothing wrong with my eye.

Honestly cannot rate my experience highly enough. Came in quite worried on a short notice appointment. Was treated with empathy and very respectfully. Was shown everything, and had everything explained. Very grateful to everyone who quite literally took care of me yesterday. From the lovely who took my call, the gentleman who did my examination and the lady who took my payment. Amazing!

I always receive excellent service whenever I attend appointments. Vik has always explained everything in layman's terms, and I never feel I am being rushed through my appointment. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I do not intend to seek alternative eye care, I am very happy with Boots Opticians.
