Shockingly slow, but they won't accept it. They sent an email saying they had my prescription on a Monday, I went back the following Monday and still not ready, so waited 25mins for it to be sorted. They used to be really good with 3 days being the average but that has gone down hill very quickly. My wife uses another local chemist and she usually gets her prescription completed the next day, so maybe time for a change.
When I asked the less than helpful lady at the desk why it takes so long she just suggested I went elsewhere..... Charming

Absolutely useless pharmacist. Having been going there for years I thought I didnt want the change .... but seriously.... 15 days waiting for your prescription?! Four times I have been to collect. Texted to say its ready, only to travel there and told nope ! Firstly not ready, then not complete! Then go to collect the missing items to be told the pharmacist is on their lunch so its still not ready! Even though they've text me to say its ready! I hate getting so upset over it and I know its not an individuals fault..... but really . .. something needs to be done! More pharmaceutical staff needed! DIABOLICAL

Store has a very unfriendly and unhelpful vibe. Staff standing around chatting, not engaging with customers. Overall management is appalling as it?s ok to ignore customers in this store. It wasn?t like this few years back! I?ll be avoiding this store at all costs

I was picking up my prescription tonight and noticed it is wrong. I asked pharmacist to recheck but she answered it is correct and said This is what your GP send and you need to go and stress on them. I know my prescription was due to renewal in June what Boots confirmed last renewed day. My daughter saw all conversation, l was kind and just asked to double check but response was very rude. I have last my medication to take tomorrow morning l said but she said ask to your GP. I have my medicine for 15 years and Boots pharmacy make many mistakes what l didn?t say before. someone need to make some actions. This is too much. Thanks

Probably the most unwelcome I've ever felt in a shop anywhere in the world. My wife and I were browsing, after a while I noticed the manager talking to two community protection officers across the store. Thought nothing of it, then all of a sudden they're next to us browsing the shelves. Fast forward and we're at the checkout and they're right next to us again. I then had to go to the car for my wife's pocket book and when I came back one of the officer's was literally blocking the door for me to come back into the shop. They were still close by as we paid and left. We're in our 40's, I'm from England and my wife is Jamaican. Something in our appearance must have caused our treatment, as there was no other reason for suspicion. I suggest, therefore that if you someone with a similar appearance to us you avoid this shop as I will be doing in the future.

Probably one of the rudest people ever encountered working on the Pharmacy desk (not the pharmacist). Witnessed her being rude to 2 separate customers ahead of us. To one she told they didn't sell corsodyl and spoke to like an idiot. The woman came back 2 minutes later after speaking to another member of staff. Original woman at desk continues to berate woman blaming her for not saying it properly. Rude to us saying what we've asked for isn't used for what were buying it for (have used this for last 15 years). Horrendous customer service and probably not safe to work on a pharmacy desk. Womans late 40s/early 50s, blonde hair, glasses, short, mouthy.

Farmency is not the best. I suppose came for advice referral by GP. First told me to come at 17 cause is lunch, when I back on right time, then they told me back after 1 h. If that is they way how help people, then better avoid this pleace
