Tried to call to check if my prescription was ready, no answer on the phone. Went to the store, stood in the qué and saw 3 phone calls go unanswered. Told there was a 20 minute wait. How does it take 20min?!

The pharmacy staff our lovely and very helpful, however I have never been able to walk in and pick up the medication. I have either had to wait (25 mins or more) or told that my medication is missing and I would need to come back. They have said they would text they never do. It such a shame they shut Lloyd's pharmacy in sainsburys, I never had any of these problems. I could get my medication the same day its ordered. To me boots need to do better.

Boots Pharmacy, Junction One, Rugby, Over the last few days have completely renewed our faith, in the Pharmaceutical Industry, We have now nominated them to take care of our monthly repeat prescriptions, My wife and I went today to collect our first lot of medication from Boots, we found all their staff very professional, knowledgeable, Friendly, with excellent customer service skills, No problems at all, everything as promised, Something that was No longer important to our previous Chemist, A special Thank You, to Khai, Cara, and Chelsea, for all your help, with this Transition, Ref 6488

Month after month, I go to get my husband?s prescription from here and EVERY time they tell me it?s not been prepared. I have hoped they may improve but to no avail. I order the said prescriptions from GP over a week previous. Today, yet again I have gone to get the prescription, not ready. When i asked why not as I had ordered them over 7 days previously from GP, told they had only received the prescription on Wednesday and takes 3 working days to process! Well 3 days was yesterday if you count Wednesday or today if not. Either way I?ve been told to come back in 2 hours time as they are really busy.The service here is diabolical. You need to book a day out to get your prescription. This will be my last visit to such a disorganised establishment.If you can?t cope, get more staff or stop taking on new customers but i notice today they are doing flu vaccinations for free. Funny how they can find staff to do that for a government initiative

Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone???? I have been ringing for over 20 minutes!!! This does not seem like a company that wants business!!from disgusted and still waiting for an answer!!!!

Severe lack of any organisation, ordered a prescription through the doctors website which was sent directly to boots, 10 days later I hadn?t heard anything so went in & told it hadn?t been done & would be 30 minutes. So I said I would come back in the afternoon, shortly after leaving the store they phoned saying that they couldn?t get one of my medication so would have to contact my GP to get another prescription. This was on Saturday afternoon so if I hadn?t got any spare tablets I would of had to go 2 days without medication. This stores needs new management urgently & get there processes in order or remove the pharmacy from the store.

The pharmacy Lloyds is pretty bad . To get to the till to be served you are looking at a 30-40 minute wait .

The waiting time to collect the prescription is uncertain...you must wait in front of the till minimum 55 minutes which is unacceptable for any customer...the excuse is that the staff is busy....I will try my best to avoid this place.
