As a landlord I have found all the staff at Belvoir very professional, hardworking, honest and efficient. They have found me several tenants. I have worked with a few agents as i manage my house. They respond quickly by email and phone.

Excellent service! I used Belvoir as tenant for 2 years and could not recommend them more, all issued were dealt with the same day, quick responses every time. I have a dog so it was not easy to find the house but they did excellent job and I moved in to the first one they showed me, they don't waste your time, listen to what you looking for and only send you what fits your criteria.

I?ve been using Belvoir to let my flat in Rugby for the last 6 years. I find them first rate. They answer all emails very quickly and take care of all the issues that are raised by my tenant. I have never even met my tenant as Belvoir handle all communication with them. Recommended.

Now this is what I say a respectful, professional and the best estate agents !!I have been engaged as a tenant with this agency for my Rugby house for the last 5 months and they have been amazing all the while. Starting with contracting, explanation and receiving key(gave a startup goodie kit, simple and never expected from an agency). I have had some bad experiences prior of other estate agents before with no to little responses to queries raised, and for issues in the rented house. But this agency have been amazing and response is so quick and easy. The respect they tend to exhibit to their customers shows this agency employs some brilliant minds, professionals and are trained so well that it exhibits elegance and best service .. they do courtesy calls to check on any issues in the flat and tend to attend immediately, which we don?t expect from agents in UK(did I go over board, as I only lived in Solihull ? and it is bad, but have feedbacks from my friends ? across ). Also to mention the landlord is very responsive to the request we make. Thank you Wendy and team and kudos to the amazing work you all do, which makes the living pleasant !!! Respect

I requested a viewing for this property. I answered all the important questions and I am fine, no troubles, more than enough earning that that property request.They told me before viewing face to face I mist see an youtube video(old, who not reflect the property at this moment) . I watched the video and I said yes, I want to view it. And they sent to me the application form for this property , asking me to pay the holding fee and so on. There is no option to view a property before paying. You must rent it straight away(of course you can be rejected by Landlord even if you pay) Does not matter if when you will see it face to face you not like it, no, you already paid for it and if you are accepted, you must rent it or lose the deposit. Even if you manage somehow to get your deposit back, is just a time wasted and money holded by them for a while for no reason. Maybe you not even want the house. Majority of the properties are not like in photo video (from few years ago) and probability is 50/50 a tenant to say yes after face to face viewing. Do not pay for a property what you never have seen and you not sure if is the place you wanted.

I?ve only been dealing with Belvoir for a couple of weeks but so far I?ve got nothing but good things to say. They got me into my flat really quickly, sorting out issues I have come across in the flat and helped me with an out of hour emergency- yes all in a couple of weeks! Very efficient!!!
