An amazing job at achieving a cool and funky result, experimenting with a silver shade, which came out with a strong lilac tint in places due to the inconsistent base (purely as a result of my own home colouring done not so well haha). Had an unexpected day off work and realised it would probably be my last chance to get a hair trim before I go to a friend's wedding in a couple of weeks. Spent Friday morning Googling local hair dressers, looking for one with a good reputation, reasonable price and last minute availability. Found that Katie had appointments on Friday afternoon at Experience. Rang the salon to confirm and the lady on reception was lovely and helpful. Think I rang about 11am and she gave me an appointment at 12:30!! I suffer with social anxiety, so don't normally like meeting new people, but Katie soon made me feel very comfortable. She was so friendly and good at her job. Had a laugh, gave me a lovely trim, got rid of all the split ends whilst leaving a decent length, and generally made my very low maintenance hair look well cared for.
