Unprofessional, unbelievably rude and grumpy salesman. No basic manners, no respect of the customers. Won't be returning as long as someone like this is in charge of such a great shop. Unfortunately all the bad reviews regarding this salesman are true, experienced first hand today.

Shop is great but male staff member, usually there on a Saturday rude and grumpy. Grumpy when leaving donations too. Needs to learn how to speak to people

A great little charity shop. The staff have always been polite and friendly on my visits. I love searching for a bargain or 2 when I'm in the area.

I go to this shop often and there is always a bargain to be found. Well laid out and quick turnover of stock so there is plenty to look through each visit. Staff seem friendly and are polite. Plenty of parking also. A great little out of town charity shop!

Excellent customer service, helpful and friendly staff. I would suggest ignoring the majority of negative reviews on here as in my opinion it is a reflection of one?s personality as opposed to the reality of the situation - it is 2023 and as unfortunate as it may be, prices in charity shops are on the rise - like everything else. It is important to remember that the ?charity? is not for oneself it is for those in need.

Really wanted to go here but after reading review it?s expensive. I won?t be. I?m fed up that charity shops think they can charge eBay prices? There?s no pound rails anymore there?s nothing your not supposed to be a shop!

Poor company to work for -hostile work environment. Ended up getting Covid-19 from a fellow staff member that knew he had it. My personal things were stolen. Bullying staff members. Avoid at all cost.

Ludicrous prices. Anything with a well known brand is priced at £12.50-£15. For example, a Jack Wills T-shirt is priced at £12.50, also Hugo Boss, Superdry and Ralph Lauren. These brands aren't deemed as "cool" or wearable anymore to anyone who is into fashion. Even if you priced a Jack Wills T-shirt at 99p you'd struggle to sell it. There is clearly someone in the back of the shop who thinks they are "down with the kids" and are putting high prices on brands that were popular 10 years ago. Elderly people also don't want to pay these high prices. So it makes me wonder who will buy it? The only other items for sale in the shop are the sort of things you'd find in a jumble sale, therefore again are overpriced for what they are. I wouldn't bother travelling to this shop again as I've only ever been a handful of times and it's a big disappointment. The shop would be better off pricing items are 99p at the most to get rid of it and £3-£4 for the more decent stuff. The other charity shops in Rugby are very reasonably priced which make it an enjoyable experience, unlike this shop. Charity shops are supposed to be for poor people and to make money for charity on items they are given for free.

Regularly donate here, however you sometimes need to persevere as they stop taking stock at some points in the year
