Lovely service from katrina today when I visited rugby branch

Unfortunately had to visit the Rugby branch yesterday trying to get advice about online banking (which is something we are being encouraged to do) and couldn't believe the attitude - the lady I spoke with obviously didn't want to be there and made be feel incompetent and inferior. I tried to make an appointment but was brushed off and told to pop back which means waiting for an adviser. Strongly tempted to move my accounts elsewhere .
