Absolutely pathetic customer service. I bought a controller and wanted to return it due to incorrect information on the packaging, but the manager refused to accept the return. It said it was used but in fact the item had been opened but not used. There is no negotiation anything. We are left with a useless product that we do not want to throw away. Pathetic customer service and I would never buy anything from here again!

Had a major issue with a product bought from here on Sunday, resolved with no fuss by the store manager and staff the following day and I have a replacement. Very happy.

Absolutely pathetic customer care. Bought a Baby Monitor and wanted to return it due to misinformation on the package, but the manager refused to accept the return. He/she said it was used, but in fact the item was opened but not used. There is no negotiation nothing. We are left with a useless product which we dont want to throw it in the bin either. I brought a TV from there I then asked for the wall plate that I needed for that tv ,I was sold the tv and wall plate to hang tv on ,when home drilled holes ,no screws in box long enough to put plate on when back up there chowed manager of store was so rude did not understand anything I was trying to tell her she obviously did not know what was what and in the end something so simple ended in a row as she then refused to give me my refund , I will be taking this further as her customer service skills were a big fat zero.

Argos is always brilliant and 99% of staff is excellent.Unfortunately I come across recently with manager Jason and he was absolutely not helpful.I have ordered 4 vertical blinds and for some reason 3 arrived. According to him 4th one will never come and he don't want to release 3 as well also he don't want to give me the gift card because I paid through love 2 shop card . Its been 3 weeks still i am chasing my £140 with argos and easy saver.I went to shop few times and he don't want to call argos or provide another support.My order number is 656784528, I would like to know where is my fault as argos failed to deliver product on time then store manager don't want to release neither give me a gift card and on top he don't want to use his phone from shop to contact.I have contacted argos no response, contacted love2shop and according to them they haven't received and refund.I believe we should do enquiry on this manager Jason and also improve argos customer service to be contacted via email or phone as Jason told me we don't have any email for customer service.

I have been going to Argos for many years. The ladies there are always so friendly and give great customer service. The Asian guy there today needs training in customer service. He is not nice and treats people with no respect!
