Great service from Alex and Angela from designing the kitchen to fitting. Professionally manged the timeframe and worked round my builders keeping me informed along the way. So happy with my Kitchen and Utility and would highly recommend this company.

At first, we were considering using ?a man with a van? kitchen company and had also looked at several other kitchen companies. But on reflection, we were so glad we chose Alex Lee Fitted Kitchens instead. We were very impressed with the way Angela and Alex listened to our preferences but also gently, guided us on the pros and cons of the type of kitchen we chose. There was no ?hard sell? which we would have found very off putting. When speaking to Alex he clearly had lots of experience of kitchen design but was very approachable. When we needed to contact Alex or Angela, they were very easy to get hold of them. Angela proactively kept in touch with us, to let us know what was happening next.The kitchen fitters were polite, knowledgable (20 years experience) and the quality of their work and communication were excellent. If they said they were going to turn up at 9 a.m. on a certain day - they did.I was also very impressed that Alex and Angela came round in person to check on how the kitchen was getting along and if we had any concerns.The kitchen looks stunning and has transformed the ground floor of the house. Because the design was right, it has opened up the space - giving an impression of a bigger house!We will definitely use Alex Lee again when we move to a new house.

Excellent service from Alex Lee kitchens. Both Alex and Angela were very helpful. We had issues with our builders (nothing to do with Alex Lee). Alex and Angela were very understanding with the delays this caused to the kitchen installation, and even gave contact details of other builders and contractors to help us complete the building works. The final result was amazing and transformed the kitchen space. Could not ask for better.

Kitchen magicians! When Alex initially came over to see the space it was basically a building site but he was by far the best designer and came up with some lovely solutions that made our kitchen better than we could have hoped. The price was very competitive, he and Angela turned things around really quickly and the quality was brilliant. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them for any job.

We found our experience with Alex Lee kitchens to be superb. From the very beginning they were able to find us options that other companies couldn't. They project managed the installation, arranging the attendance of specialist's who turned up as advised and did a cracking job. All specialist's left the kitchen clean and tidy. The kitchen when finished was cleaned and inspected by Alex. Faults were found that we couldn't see and these were rectified promptly. On the basis of our experience, we are happy to recommend them to you as a small, personal, friendly, professional company.

I invested in a new kitchen from Alex Lee, having put off making the decision for some time as I was quite nervous about undertaking a large project. As it turned out, the whole process went very smoothly, from design to installation. Everyone involved was professional, friendly and efficient. Having just completed a total kitchen and utility area re-fit, we would highly recommend Alex Lee Kitchens and their associated trade partners. Angela kept us informed at every step of the way. The precision and expertise of Alex?s design is second to none. The fitters Andrew and Stuart work tirelessly and are a delight to work with. Any supply chain issues have been carefully managed and resolved. A brilliant job all round, and we love our new kitchen.

We chose Alex Lee Kitchens for our kitchen refit initially because Alex was the most proactive and helpful from the start. It has proved to be a good decision and Alex's attention to detail and colours were invaluable. The installation went smoothly, fortunately just scraping in before the Covid shutdown. We are delighted with the results.I must also mention Angela, who kept us informed at every step and we were never left wondering what was happening. All in all, our experience was very positive and we have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Alex Lee Kitchens.

So happy with our Alex Lee kitchen. Planning to update our kitchen was a big decision and a bit daunting but on an impulse we stepped into Alex Lee showrooms and felt so confident with the high spec products and the professional help we got, we were quickly making our choices. Helped by Alex and seeing on a screen what our kitchen would look like, really made the decisions so much easier. The quote came in on budget which was impressive. Helped by Angela, who project managed the whole process of old kitchen out and new kitchen in, we couldn't have been more confident. Our lovely new kitchen was finished on time, our only regret is that we should have stepped into Alex Lee kitchen show rooms years ago.

Alex Lee originally installed the kitchen 12 years ago and we were very pleased with it then. When we decided to upgrade to granite work tops they were the obvious choice. All the team were helpful, punctual and tidy and we are delighted with the result.
