For £18.50 it should be the best burger in the world. But it was drier than a gorilla's heel. Not terrible - but that was a £8 burger tops. They changed something and it is Not Good. Still great fries, though.

I would give zero stars if I could. This restaurant claims to cater for gluten-free diners, but that is absolutely not the case. My husband has coeliac disease and was reassured by staff that his meal would be safe. Unfortunately, he was glutened and became so unwell that paramedics had to be called.
This was a terrifying experience that could have been avoided if staff were properly trained and honest about their ability to provide gluten-free food. For anyone with coeliac disease or a gluten intolerance: do not trust their gluten-free claims.
Restaurants should never advertise gluten-free options unless they can serve them safely.

Had some great times here. Lovely location but the best thing is the staff. It feels like nothing is too much trouble and the customer comes first. Sadly this attitude is missing in so many places but here they make you feel like you matter. Will be back as the food is great too!

Great food ? the sharing fish platter is superb value for money and delicious to boot. All washed down with a good Spanish lager? what?s not to like.

RESTAURANT: No table service ? you order and pay in advance at the bar. You also have to help yourself to cutlery. Our table was only cleaned after I asked them to do so.
Where is the English service and hospitality???

Nice little place in the centre. Friendly staff and nice pub. Close to everything here and sunny day so good vibe outside too.

Is not wheelchair accessible. Was told to go round the back, you have to go in the road to get in because the pavement is too thin. Then there is a step to get into the restaurant or the bar so it's not possible to go through.

Great location in the square with plenty of outside space( which can require a wait in good weather).
There is often a queue for the bar, staff aren't all cheerful but are proficient.

Prime position in the Market Square. Plenty of comfortable seating. Attentive staff. Nice atmosphere.
