I?d been after a new nail technician for a while and I?m SO glad I found this salon! The ladies were so welcome and I felt comfortable straight away. I left feeling like I?ve been going there for years and at one point was crying with laughter! Holly did my nails and is incredible at her job, I can?t wait for her to do my nails in the future! Will definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family :)

Hayley is wonderfully sweet, friendly and accommodating. She really helped me out in a nail crisis at short notice and she did an absolutely wonderful job - I'm thrilled with the results and will be coming back for nails plus other things besides! Avoid this place if you want good customer service and professionalism.I booked two appointments for me and my sister in law in the run-up to Christmas. I had to cancel those appointments FOUR days in advance as we both contracted Covid. I was NOT told, whilst cancelling those appointments, that they would be keeping my 50% deposit. I was also not told that when I paid my deposit (despite being assured by the manager that that would have been the case - i.e. I'm lying).I also have an email with an entirely different "strict cancellation policy" (see image) saying if I had cancelled 48 hours in advance I would have had a full refund.I am a big supporter of small businesses, but as there are many other nail salons in Warwick that do a good job, I will not be recommending this place to anyone, as what they did is quite unlawful and doesn't make me feel good about the way they conduct their business.

What a find! Professional and friendly, great service. I had my eyebrows done - very very good. My eyebrows have never looked so good. I loved it that the next appointment was booked in at the time. When you find a fab place, it's always impossible to get a new appointment so this is perfect. Thank you!

I have had a lash lift and brow shape and tint by Hayley. I was so pleased with the results and it was so nice to be pampered in such a relaxed atmosphere. The salon is lovely and Hayley is so good at what she does.

I decided to get my nails done but wanted someone who was professional, cared about my nails and someone to have a good natter with. Hayleys become an amazing friend and technician. Always puts you first. Has beautiful high quality products. So much choice for nail colours. I've been coming to Hayley for years and my nails and brows have never looked better! I tell everyone to come to Hayleys and thats genuinely because she is the best around?

I absolutely love this salon, I?ve had my eyebrows tinted and shaped with Hayley and they were so lovely. I have my hair coloured and cut with Hayley the hairstylist and I can 100% say I will never go anywhere else. All the girls in the salon are lovely and really lol after you well.
