I recently had a market appraisal from Nathan Pearson at Your Move, and I can honestly say that if I were selling a property in Nuneaton, I wouldn?t use anyone else!
I booked three appraisals, as I usually do when selling, and was feeling stressed. I?d already been through the process with other agents, so I was bracing myself for another pushy sales pitch. Instead, Nathan arrived with a big, welcoming smile that instantly put me at ease ? I even caught myself thinking, ?Do I know you??
He took a quick look around because he had already done his research in advance. In his pack, he had all the details I needed in writing. His rate was fantastic, his approach completely transparent, and he genuinely valued my time.
I?ve met numerous estate agents over the years, but Nathan is a true asset to Your Move. Professional, prepared, and personable ? I?m very impressed!

We bought our first home ? through Your Move Nuneaton team. It wasn?t easy and we have had times when we thought about dropping the dream of having a home, but with the support, especially from Matt and Charlotte, we received the keys to our first home?????? It wouldn?t have happened without these two people and the other members of Yourmove team. We met Matt only when we received the keys to our new home and Charlotte is still the voice behind the telephone, but for the past 8-10months these two people had a big role in our life. They were prompt, patient and really friendly and never made us think ?how to approach /contact them? if ever there were any questions. As first time buyers we haven?t had much knowledge of what is expected or happening throughout the process, but Matt and Charlotte has made us comfortable as they could through out the process. Thanks a lot for all your support again and again????????. We can now say that we are one of the proud home owners through Your Move Nuneaton and we highly recommend this team to everyone who?s looking to start their new home journey.

False information given to me and my partner by Grace!! They will take your holding deposit and then find something or anything wrong with your application, then ignore all of your phone calls and emails and refuse to refund your deposit, even though it was their mistakes!! Terrible company!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Zero stars from me! We are now £300 plus out of pocket.

Matt was super helpful throughout the process of the selling of my parents property, he was sensitive to the difficulties of the situation and explained the process really well and kept me updated throughout. Service we received was excellent from start to finish. Nathan, from the Nuneaton Office, gave us great advice when he came to value with Charlotte and her staff at the Nuneaton Office keeping us up to date at every stage. We received and accepted an offer within a couple of hours of the house going live on their website.

I have just completed on my purchase which should have been an easy transaction due to my circumstances but due to issues with the sellers solicitors it took a bit longer than anticipated I could not fault Charlotte who was dealing with the transaction she was constantly chasing both sets of the solicitors and keeping both myself and the sellers updated and managed to get my purchase through just before the stamp duty changes yesterday.
