Found a bath we liked on the website, called up the store to confirm they had on display, told they had it. Turned out after an hour round trip they didn?t have it. Totally waste of time and ?oh I?m really sorry but it?s a new display and I checked with the display team who got the baths confused?. Just for future reference if a customer calls up, actually be bothered to walk the twenty steps round to the displays and check!

Good selection and usually well stocked, staff are helpful and nice. Competitive prices and click & collect, Wickes and Screwfix cover just about all of my DIY needs.

No formal cycle parking available, making it more difficult than necessary to visit without a car. Cycles can unofficially be secured to a blue railing but this may not be possible depending on the lock and provides no protection from motor vehicles. Plenty of space for some Sheffield Stands to resolve this, suitably spaced for accessibility and inclusivity. For many local people, there's no need to use a car for picking up small bits and pieces. Also, cargo bikes are a thing which have notable carrying capacity. Wickes should support sustainable travel.

Purchased the black corrugated roofing from Wickes yesterday. Fantastic young lady on the trade counter, so helpful. The roofing arrived quickly and in perfect condition.( I had purchased them from another company but all were broken on delivery). Wickes have never let me down yet. Thank you Wickes for great customer service and products!!!

Went in for plaster board this time although I am a bit of a regular. Being a keen DIY?er most of the stuff I need I get from Wicks.I have done my bathroom - WicksDone my bedroom - WicksDone my living room - WicksDoing my kitchen - WicksGarden to do, guess where I?m going?There just isn?t another building supplier for DIY in Nuneaton. At least not one with displayed pricing, hence Wicks.
