As an existing customer of Vodafone,,, I got my wife to change to this company,,,, we were sorted out by Sanzcia who was fantastic with dealing with the change over from a different company,,,,, not only Sanzcia but the other staff were friendly and very helpful

3 female members of staff sat behind a desk that were rude and unhelpful. I was the only person in the shop. I was instructed by customer service to go into the store as it would be easier. It?s now been done without the help of anyone in the store.

Not helpful, was told by online chat it?s faster to go instore to return phone and swap for a new one so went down and got told they couldn?t do it and had to call, went home called and they couldn?t understand why she couldn?t do it instore did it over the phone so I had to post the phone back and wait to sort a new phone when I should of been able to walk out with a new phone same day, staff weren?t helpful and didn?t come across friendly

Purchased a phone elsewhere as they only had contract phones did a set up for me brilliant service everytime I've had a problem with techno they always help as I'm no good with techno old school pen and paper they are great especially the lady in there and the guy with beard and glasses really helpful I would highly recommend them busy shop but made time for me thank you again

Vodafone constantly send out "to the occupier" advertising letters, ranging between a weekly and monthly basis. They ignore returned letters with instructions to remove address from mailing lists, ignore the MPS, and their support team has no access to stop it. Considering how regularly they wake me up its not on & I'll keep reviewing branches based on my experience with the company til they stop.

Went in to see what deal I could get for my daughter's first contract.Unfortunately Vodafone couldn't beat a previous deal but they were helpful, polite and certainly tried.I would use them again.

If my mobile phone has a problem that I can't fix I always take it to the Vodafone shop in Nuneaton, they are so friendly and sort out the problems.
