As an existing customer of Vodafone,,, I got my wife to change to this company,,,, we were sorted out by Sanzcia who was fantastic with dealing with the change over from a different company,,,,, not only Sanzcia but the other staff were friendly and very helpful

3 female members of staff sat behind a desk that were rude and unhelpful. I was the only person in the shop. I was instructed by customer service to go into the store as it would be easier. It’s now been done without the help of anyone in the store.

Not helpful, was told by online chat it’s faster to go instore to return phone and swap for a new one so went down and got told they couldn’t do it and had to call, went home called and they couldn’t understand why she couldn’t do it instore did it over the phone so I had to post the phone back and wait to sort...
