Today (6th July), I visited the Timpson store in Nuneaton by the ASDA (Newtown Road). Jay, who served me, was very friendly, patient and helpful. He took the time to listen to me and then provided several options. He is a credit to Timpson.

Two years ago I left there my black coat to get it cleaned.
When I went to pick it up it was even worse then before.
Smelling bad and had different sorts of hair all over it.

Excellent service, this is not the first time I have been to this store and every time I go they solve my problems...this time it was with some new Hi Tec boots that I needed to repair and Jake again did it with total dedication and excellence. I recommend this store 1000% for its service, speed and professionalism.

Absolutely Top Service from James.I asked for a car key replacement which will take about 30 mins James said. He ended up doing it within 10 minutes. Also thanks James the key worked perfectly.

I dropped off some kitten heel sandals, £11 to heel & be an hour, o. Returning I was informed he had broken the good shoe & it now needed drilled which he could not do ! When I asked what could I do he shrugged & said you couldn?t wear them anyway !!Took to Shoebox in Bedworth who heeled for £4.00I did contact CS with urgent message & I am still awaiting a response
