I needed a mobile broadband so went into the three store nuneaton where bradley from the shop went through my options and found best deal for me , bradley was extremely helpful and I couldnt be happier with the service , my mifi was set up and ready before I left the store , I would definitely recommend the nuneaton store to friends and family based on this experience

Service over there is below 0. They don?t know what they doing there. I went today at 11:00 to swap sim card as it doesn't work properly. I was advised that phone number swap will take 5min ( if not I should come back and do it again ). After 2 h my card didn?t work so went there again they scanned second card to swap but did not give me new card. Now store is closed my card still don?t work and call centre just advised me that the second card which I never receive is activated and my current one in my phone ( the first one new ) is cancelled. As a advisor I working with customers contacting them by phone, I already lost 3 customers today and simple ?sorry for inconvenience? will nit pay my bills.

I had upgraded router on line but they sent me home broadband instead of mobile broadbandI went into shop in Nuneaton and they sorted it out for me .if I need to upgrade in 2 years time .I will definitely do it in store instead of doing it on 3 network website
