Despite the store being closed due to theft, the team's staff members were invaluable in helping me, and I express my sincere gratitude for the extraordinary assistance in the challenging time they had and the stress to deal with it all top markers to them.

Went in for a simple change of number to a pay as you go sim, on giving pac code over Ryan and manager Dan somehow managed to pac my wife?s number to a previous customer, ok a mistake but to then sell a pay as you go sim and insist they?d cancelled it, and it would go over to the brought sim was a lie, also set up on assistant Ryan?s phones so had no confirmation of activated sim.
Looks like Manger Dan knew the mistake had happened as he soon disappeared into the back of the store.
Following day her 20 year old number used for important medical information for our daughter, had transferred to a complete stranger!!!!
On calling the store they literally did not want to know, not even an apology, or any assistance in helping resolve there mistake!!!!
Went in to find information about what they had done to resolve this awful mistake on the Friday and manager Dan wouldn?t give the times and dates of when they reported this considering it happened Monday and we were now on Friday!!! And heard nothing from Three in regards to a resolution to this.
Called another store locally (Three) and there customer service was excellent and were quick to offer assistance which I didn?t take them up on as it happened in the Nuneaton branch, it?s a shame as I spent literally 4-6 hours of my own time and stress to resolve this over three days and finally did!! With no help at all from Dan and there staff at Three Nuneaton,
Email all ready to be sent to Executive Three London, having received there reply Friday, to try and get some information on this shocking service.
And still no apology from Manager Dan!!!
Not only did they data breach my wife?s number, but carried on to sell her a sim knowing to well the number it would not of gone over, as the pac had been used and they tried to cover there mistake!! Instead of being honest and say the number has gone to another customer can you come back tomorrow if the number has not gone through.
Stay away from this store seriously, they lack the knowledge and customer service skills of there own mistakes especially Manager Dan, it?s all ok when it goes right, but after this experience I would NOT recommend Three Mobile Nuneaton.

I came in to enquire about changing my phone contract. The store manager Dan was very helpful and very knowledgeable I felt in very safe hands. It was a very friendly store and had such a lovely atmosphere I have recommended to all my friends and family to visit when they need new phone contracts. Thank you again for your help.

I am very happy with service provided to me in store by Jay. I was trying to get home broadband with different providers for two months and all I got was a headache. With Three I was able to get home broadband on the same day I visited their store. Additionally, Jay helped me to reduce my phone bills. Great service!

I've had the pleasure of visiting the Three store in Nuneaton twice in the last month, and on both occasions, I was fortunate to receive exceptional customer service from James. His consistent enthusiasm and willingness to help stood out during both interactions. Not only was he a good listener, genuinely interested in my concerns as a customer, but he also ensured a warm welcome by promptly acknowledging my presence when I entered the store.Moreover, James patiently answered all my queries and provided valuable suggestions related to my issue. His personable and warm approach, coupled with his attentiveness, left me with a lasting positive impression. Got some very good advice and a good deal for a Sim deal which we saved some money and was happy with.Given good security advice and generally felt very pleased. James sorted this out in no time.This company is very good at helping it's customers unlike 02 who we found to be totally useless. Credit to 3 for putting its customers first
