Went in for a simple change of number to a pay as you go sim, on giving pac code over Ryan and manager Dan somehow managed to pac my wife’s number to a previous customer, ok a mistake but to then sell a pay as you go sim and insist they’d cancelled it, and it would go over to the brought sim was a lie, also set up... read full comment
