Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Not rushed and happy to advise on best discount. No problem with numerous sample tests and best offers. Only problem I found was Rewards, when you have points to use, seems to be candles and more candles so not much variety as they used to have. Parking is easy (Ropewalk), and still only £1-50 for 3 hours. Disabled parking and a lift.

Very disappointed I have been a loyalty customer for last 10 years. I pop in today very unprofessional, and young female who served me she was very childish and very rude.i never expect that from a perfume shop the member of staff need to be trained properly how to handle customer with the respect and manners but she didn't have no respect and no manners and very rude and she had no idea what she was saying about my item she wasn't helpful at all. I advise others to AVOID the perfume shop in nuneaton. AVOID THEM
