Worst customer service ever in fact you can?t call it customer service really. Stood at the counter awaiting to be served, they to busy doing collections. No acknowledgement to me waiting. Then a grumble, sandwich left to one side while I awaiting a gluten-free sub. It was far to much effort for a gluten-free sub i think as didn?t change gloves (they could make someone ill).
Wont go back again

Great customer service with a smile, and very quick in making the food.
Easy to strike a conversation with the staff even when they're busy, very accomodating.

This particular subway was the worst yet, stond at the counter for so long watching all the staff dud delivery orders, surely they should leave one for those in the actually shop , worse thing I didn't get a acknowledgement, sorry won't be long, a hello, or anything, just blank

Just your standard subway really hit and miss esp if your ordering off a delivery service the food can be missing or incorrect so would definitely check your food.

Outstanding food and service. I was served by a lovely man called Shak, he was very busy and did a fantastic job making brilliant food and sorting out the customers efficiently. 100% I will be returning again.
