What's the point of wearing gloves if you're not going to change them between handling money and preparing the food. The new four self service machines are stupid as there's no room for more than two people to use them at the same time. Not bothering going again.

Horrible staff - unwilling to help - rude,. computerised stations faulting and staff told me I just needed patience. Food not what I ordered when it did arrive. terrible. I ended up asking the assistant is she even wanted my order or not. Clearly she didn't.

Via justeat app, appalling service as I placed the order, it's accepted, I wait for over 30 minutes as it goes to the earliest delivery estimate and says "order being prepared" several minutes later with absolutely no reasoning "order cancelled"
Now along with being very hungry I'm very pissed off as have to go elsewhere and wait even longer before eating.
If you are going to cancel an order do it upon placing the order or if there is a real reason why you cancel then contact and explain why it was cancelled.
Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a Steak and cheese sub from here and the lady that served me was really nice and put really good effort into preparing my sandwich.
The food tasted really good, I really enjoyed the Sub I ate so top marks from me.
There were 2 women working and they seemed to be concerned about the levels of salad and sauces things like that making sure they had everything they needed to make customers the perfect Sandwich ?.
Very happy with my visit to this Subway.

Usually okay for takeaway, but when you order through the app they get it wrong. Just got mine home to find neither had been toasted as was on the order. Just read what?s on the order guys and someone check it before you wrap it and bag it?

I don?t know how to add pics but both our subs had hardly any cheese in we got the bmt like ther was 3 specs of cheese like I was on a diet, the churro had like near to none syrup in the tub and hardly any meat in the bmt and im so disappointed as both of the bmts came stone cold
